These Terms constitute an agreement between you, as a user, and Kaze Import, a company established in Santa Rita, Paraguay, operating since 2022 in the Japanese sports car import segment.

Kaze Import operates in the import of sports vehicles originating from Japan, intended for customers throughout South America, offering everything from selection and acquisition to logistical oversight of door-to-door transport.

The website serves as a showcase of our own inventory and as a contact and support channel. Vehicle information, specifications and availability are informational in nature and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Importing vehicles involves stages of acquisition in Japan, sea transport, customs clearance and delivery. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical, customs, weather or regulatory factors beyond Kaze Import's control.

We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout the process, providing follow-up and information on the status of transport whenever available.

07 Limitation of liability

Kaze Import strives to keep the website's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or interruptions. Use of the website and the information contained in it is the sole responsibility of the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaze Import is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from factors beyond its control, including logistical delays and the regulatory requirements of each destination country.
